With over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management, Mike Holtz has built a career centered on helping medical practices optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. As the Founder and CEO of Access1 Business Services, LLC, he has led the company’s growth from a small startup to a trusted partner serving clients nationally, all while maintaining a personal, "family" approach to business.

Mike’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 when he founded Raintree West, Inc., a company that eventually evolved into Access1 in 2005. His career took a pivotal turn when he witnessed a friend's medical practice struggle with transitioning from paper-based systems to digital solutions. Recognizing the immense need for automation in small and medium-sized medical offices, he sold that practice. its first computers and software—marking the beginning of a lifelong mission to provide innovative business solutions to healthcare providers.

But none of this would have been possible without the unwavering support and hard work of his wife, Kim. From the early days of formation to the critical growth years, Kim played an essential role in building and shaping the company. Only in recent years has she stepped back into a full-time role as wife, mother, and grandmother, but her influence and dedication remain a fundamental part of Access1’s DNA.

Additionally, Richard serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Lockbox AI extending his expertise into  AI-driven financial solutions for medical practices, ensuring that technology and automation enhances — not replacing — the human touch within healthcare reimbursements.
